Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the etCall mobile application (the “App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
1. About the Service
The App provides international calling services, prepaid plans, and related telecommunications features.
The App does not provide emergency calling functionality.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction;
- be legally permitted to use telecommunications services in your country.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
Access to most features requires account registration using a mobile phone number.
Users agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- maintain the confidentiality of account credentials;
- accept responsibility for all activity conducted under the account.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if provided information is false, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Acceptable Use
The App may not be used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- fraud, scams, or impersonation;
- harassment or threats;
- spamming or bulk calling;
- violation of telecommunications regulations;
- reverse engineering, modifying, or disrupting the App;
- use of automated systems or bots;
- interference with networks or service operations.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
5. Telecommunications Limitations
The App is not a replacement for a mobile carrier.
Emergency calls (such as 911, 999, or 112) are not supported.
Call quality may depend on device performance, internet connectivity, and third-party telecommunications providers.
6. Purchases and Payments
6.1 In-App Purchases
All purchases within the App are processed through:
- Apple App Store Billing
- Google Play Billing
Payment card information is not stored or processed directly within the App.
6.2 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
6.3 Pricing
Prices for plans and credits are displayed within the App and may vary depending on region, currency, and applicable taxes.
7. Call Credits and Plans
Credits and plans are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Credits may expire if not used within the validity period indicated in the App.
Misuse of calling plans may result in suspension of access.
8. Service Availability
Reliable service is intended but not guaranteed. No guarantee is made regarding:
- uninterrupted availability;
- error-free operation;
- specific call quality levels.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. Account Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if:
- these Terms are violated;
- fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected;
- misuse of services or credits occurs;
- system integrity or other users are placed at risk.
Accounts may be deleted at any time using the Account Deletion feature within the App.
10. Data Deletion
Upon account deletion:
- Local data is removed from the device immediately.
- Server-side data is deleted within approximately 1 hour.
- Certain telecommunications and financial records may be retained for up to 3 years where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, design elements, and software within the App are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Certain features depend on third-party providers, including telecommunications carriers, platform operators, and infrastructure services.
No responsibility is assumed for:
- availability of third-party services;
- their performance;
- failures caused by third-party systems.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for:
- loss of profits;
- loss of data;
- service interruptions;
- indirect or incidental damages;
- issues caused by internet providers, devices, or telecommunications carriers.
If dissatisfied with the App, the only remedy is to discontinue use.
14. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
